On May 12, 2018 the Virginia Peninsula Rotary Club, in partnership with the Warwick @ City Center Rotary Club, held a "Rise Against Hunger" meal-packaging event at the Victory Family YMCA in York County.  Rise Against Hunger is an organization that provides meals to millions of the most vulnerable around the world.

In the photo above, the tables on the right are where teams package the dry ingredients for the meals.  In the center are the weighers, who adjust the exact weight of each package, and the sealers, who seal the bags.  More workers to the left pack the bags into boxes for shipping.

Above are some of the Peninsula Club members at work.  The first photo shows Mary Ellen Frantz, Hillary Spencer, and John Frantz.  The second shows Howard Waters and Jeff Clemons.  The next shows Susan Edmonson, Charlie Edmonson, Karanita Fuller, and Bill Blanchard.  The photo on the right shows Ned and Scott Spencer in their job of keeping all the ingredients bins supplied.

The photos above show what goes into each meal:  a scoop of protein mixture, a scoop of dehydrated vegetables, a scoop of rice, and a supplement package.  A careful reading of the label on the supplement package (underwritten by Kraft/Heinz) indicates that each package contains calcium, iodine, iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B9 (folic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E.
